Returns

We really hope you are happy with any item you buy from us. If you are not then please get in touch immediately.

We accept returns within 28 days of delivery. Items can only be returned if they were purchased from this website.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and packaged carefully for return postage.

In the event that your product arrives damaged please contact mikepinkneyprints@gmail.com.

We will replace any items which have arrived in a damaged condition.

We recommend using recorded delivery to return items and please remember to include a copy of your receipt along with your contact details.

Refunds

Once your return is received we will contact you to let you know that we have received your returned item and whether we are able to approve your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.
